DAVID L. BOONE, MSSM, PMP
David is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with a track record of employing distributed, cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define, design and deliver strategic, transformational process improvements and mission critical technology solutions. Using activity-based costing, value engineering and business process re-engineering techniques, as well as packaged applications, custom development and analytics, to achieve organizational objectives and gain competitive advantage, David delivers solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) . He is certified in Microsoft, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and Siebel technologies.
David acquired his consulting practice management and business development experience with the Big 4, Tier 1 integrators and major software companies, along with solid Program Management Office (PMO), Information Technology (IT) Governance and Quality Assurance skills. He is especially strong in strategy, business case development, process redesign and solution architecture, making him a key resource for marketing and pre-sales scoping efforts. David identifies, quantifies and articulates the business value of proposed solutions, and bridges the gap between IT, customers, stakeholders, vendors and other participants in the solution delivery process.
David holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He has done postgraduate work in Digital Media, Marketing Management and Strategic Management at Harvard University; and additional postgraduate work in Project Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
